Cafe space with colourful seating & chequerboard floor

Cafe space:

Our warm, welcoming Warehouse Cafe space with seating for up to 60 people is available for hire. The space is well-ventilated with step-free access and is particularly suitable for speaker events, live music, literary events such as book launches or poetry readings or craft/cookery workshops. The fully kitted-out professional kitchen is also available for hire.

Large Meeting Room

  • Normal capacity: 25 people boardroom style and 40 people theatre style.
  • Covid capacity at 1 metre spacings: 11 boardroom style, 15 theatre style plus 2 presenters.
  • Covid capacity at 2 metre spacings: 7 people (plus 1 presenter in theatre style)
  • Great natural light and ventilation, projector, DVD player.

£90/session (09:00-13:00, 13:00-17:00 and 17:00-21:00)

Medium Meeting Room

  • Ground floor room, natural light, projector.
  • Normal Capacity:  16 people boardroom style and 20 people theatre style
  • Covid capacity at 1 metre spacings: 6 people boardroom style, 8 people theatre style

£75/session (09:00-13:00, 13:00-17:00 and 17:00-21:00)

Small Meeting Room

  • First floor room with lift access, good natural light and ventilation, flatscreen
  • Normal capacity:  6 people boardroom style
  • Covid capacity at 1 metre spacing: 4 people
  • Covid capacity at 2 metre spacing: 2 people.
